The secretary creates and maintains all board minutes and assists in the organization of the agenda items for board meetings.

The membership chair is responsible for recruiting, engaging, and retaining members within an organization, ensuring a vibrant and active community.

IVRIA DOLOBOFF

OPERATIONS & SECRETARY

The vice president is responsible for aiding the president in any duties, attending all board meetings, and assisting other board members as needed. In the absence of the president, the vice president will perform all duties of the president.

AMANDA MITCHELL

TREASURER

The treasurer is responsible for maintaining the financial records of PVMG. The treasurer also prepares monthly financial statements and issues donation receipts.

NICOLE PRONK

BUSINESS AFFAIRS

The business affairs officer serves to advise, review and conduct all legal and business affairs of PVMG. Responsibilities also include keeping the seal of PVMG in safe custody and maintaining the current bylaws.

JENNA KURTZ

OUTREACH CHAIR

The outreach chair is responsible for coordinating, managing and publicizing PVMG outreach projects, and identifying topics of interest amongst members for future charitable partnerships. Outreach chair also coordinates with events chairperson to engage with and support other non-profits.
