PVMG Membership Application
About Membership:
PVMG is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit tax-exempt organization.
Membership is only available to residents of Playa Vista.
Membership dues are $40 per member, per calendar year. These dues are tax-deductible.
How to Join:
- Fill out the membership form below and complete payment.
- The form requires you to confirm Playa Vista residency by uploading a photo of your driver's license, or any bill/financial statement that shows both your name and residence address.
- Visit our Playa Vista Moms Group Facebook Page and select "Join Group" AFTER you have completed these steps.
Please note: Application, payment, and proof of residency are required before you will be admitted to the facebook group. We admit new members once weekly.
