Join us February 8 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Brella in Runway Playa Vista to hear from life coach and psychologist Dr. Julie Kokesch on women's health and wellness.
Some topics we'll discuss include overall wellness, including women's health and how our biology and psychology are interwoven, and some of the themes of the Human Design system.
Often wellness is spoken from only from male perspective. We'll discuss how women are different from men and how it's necessary to not take all health and wellness data as applicable to us. Very little research on wellness is solely studied from a female hormonal angle. Psychologically our relationship with emotions, depression and overall energy needs a holistic view and requires knowing our hormonal health. Dr. Julie K will share her perspective, experience and training on wellness, psychology and Human Design, while leaving plenty of time for questions and answers at the end so everyone feels they gained some valuable information.
